1. ENQUIRY: You make an enquiry via the contact form on my website.
We’ll chat about your expectations, timetable and how many sessions you require and for what stages. (Classes)
2. QUOTE: I’ll send you a quote for you to sign and return – this locks in the fee.
3. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Once the dates, sessions and audiences are agreed upon by both parties, I’ll email you a Confirmation of Booking.
4. PREPARATION FOR YOUR VISIT: One month prior to the author visit, I’ll provide my Working With Children Check (WWCC) and remind you about the key details for the day regarding set up.
5. PRE-ORDER FORMS and ACTIVITY SHEETS: Two weeks prior to the author visit, I’ll email you my book pre-order forms to print for your students and yourself, as well as Activity Sheets masters.

Parents have the option to pay by cash (when they return their order form to the school), or by credit card online.
Libraries are invoiced for their order on the Author Visit invoice.
Please scan and email any student orders the day prior to my visit. This will allow me to sign and personalise the books. However, I know that students often return their orders to the school on the day of my visit, so I will have extra stock in my car.
